Patricia did so many things to sale our residence, from staging, hiring the best photographer, and all her marketing materials are very professional.  Since we live out of the country, she took very good care of our home and checked on it every other day.  There was a storm and she stopped by with her leaf blower and gardening tools to clean up our yard and made sure the yard waste cans were picked up.  She suggested ways to get rid of moles in our yard.  She was going to conduct an Open House and noticed some of the kitchen windows needed cleaning so we got a ladder and climbed up there to clean them.  Prior to closing, she called us PST 2:00a and our time in France at 11:00a to discuss the escrow and closing process.  There are just too many things to list.  We owe Patricia all the credit for skillfully negotiating the sale and we would never think of using any other realtor but Patricia…..David & Linda
